Dr. Vikas Khurana

Dr. Vikas Khurana is double board certified by the ABIM in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is former Associate Professor of Medicine at Temple University, PA and was Associate Program Director for GI fellowship training program at Graduate Hospital Philadelphia and LSU.

He has received multiple research awards including the American College of Gastroenterology, National Governor’s Award for Excellence in Clinical Research. His research work has been cited in Wall Street Journal, Forbes and USA today.

He attended school at Maulana Azad Medical College in India, his residency in Internal Medicine from State University of New York at Brooklyn, New York and his Gastroenterology fellowship from the University of Miami School of Medicine, Florida.

Dr Khurana has been elected to several prestigious societies including Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society and the Bokus International Gastroenterological Society. He was elected as a Fellow of American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).
